In the midst of that battle, the beauty and peace of a relationship with God is like a dream; from which we awake.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05419423758179724483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14546009.post-22809400206740534732013-02-18T02:49:28.119-06:002013-02-18T02:49:28.119-06:00This was thought provoking.

This blog post of yours was a very good complimentary post to the sermon I listened to at church earlier. As you said at the end, it is never easy to give up or give over something to God. But so worth it. Yes the pain and how deep it cuts is sometimes almost suffocating, but it is in the sacrifice that comes freedom. I have had to give up the physical feeling of having someone hold me, hold my hand. Because I knew that it was not the right person or relationship neither him nor I. It is a sacrifice, but one worth giving to God and trusting that he will lead me and bring me to a place and time when the man God has for me, that he and I are ready for each other. I did not know how much of a sacrifice it would be!! Nor how deep it would hurt. But as I surrender all of my heart, soul and mind to Christ. I get back fullness of joy!!! Always on the other side of our obedience is victory! I'd rather have Jesus than anything this world affords to me. <br />Thank you my brother for your thoughts. Such encouraging and challenging words.stanwhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07470558145823645718noreply@blogger.com
